    Over the last few years, we've adjusted to so many dramatic and unexpected changes. Our lives and our workplaces have been turned upside down. We've been expected to place other's needs above our own. We've supported ourselves or family members through health challenges. Some of us were deemed "non-essential". 


    We've felt bombarded with media headlines and imagery that has caused a huge amount of stress, grief and confusion, much of it still unresolved three years later. 


    But as service and care professionals we've realized, that we can't sustain serving and caring for others for very long unless we serve and care for ourselves first. We know we need to look out for and guard ourselves against unresolved stress, chronic anxiety and compassion fatigue. And now, here we are, feeling more stress than ever. 


    What we need is simple applicable tools that protect our own health and well-being and that of our families, coworkers, students, and clients. And they DO exist!


    We can apply simple everyday habits to locate and release stress, beat burnout, elevate energy and restore resilience. 


    This has never been more important than right now.

    Now, I will be the FIRST one to admit...

     that I've not always practiced what I've preached. Because of what I learned from that, I can show you how to quickly identify and release hidden and unresolved stress using creative processes and mind/body medicine, so that you can fully support your own well-being and that of the people you love, care for and serve.

    I Knew Better!

    It bothers me to this day, that I KNEW better. And I know that we ALL know better. So why do we neglect ourselves to the point of exhaustion and illness? Over the last 7 years, I've studied brain science and how we form habits. I've  developed processes for identifying, releasing and resolving stress And I share them with care and service professionals just like you. 

    Sometimes we need a hard (loving) kick in the ass to save us from ourselves. That is what happened to me and I don't want the same thing to happen to you or anyone else, if I can help it. That's exactly why I started this wellness education company: to provide you with the best tools to support your autonomy in healing. Because we need you healthy, happy & well.

    Habits Worth Forming

    Over-responding to Stress is a Habit. So is Releasing it. 

    Wellness habits enable you to be and do your best, so you can live and give your best. Over time, we form bad habits, but, we can also form good ones if we want to and if we know how. And that's why I'm here: To guide you in getting started in forming better habits that support well-being at work and in the rest of your life.
